Webcast description

"Show me a company that thinks it has KPIs, which are measured monthly and quarterly, and I will show you measures that do not create change, alignment, and growth and have never been KPIs," states David Parmenter.

Many companies are working with the wrong measures, many of which are incorrectly termed key performance indicators (KPIs). Companies with 20 or more KPIs have a lack of focus, lack of alignment, and under achievement. From his research, David Parmenter has found that very few organizations really monitor their KPIs  their "winning KPIs" as he calls them. The reason is very few organizations, writers, accountants, and consultants have explored what a KPI actually is, few have approached this task in a methodical way, and far too many measures used are reported too late, well after "the horse has bolted."

In this webcast, David will cover what KPIs are, how to find them in your organization, and why finding your organization’s critical success factors (CSFs) is often the missing link. Finding your CSFs will have a profound impact on: the performance measures you choose; how you convey to staff what really is important; and the streamlining of reporting.
