CGA Designation for ACCA members

An agreement between ACCA and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada (CGA-Canada) extends the global reach of both organizations to new continents. This agreement enables members to gain membership in CGA-Canada.

Central to the agreement is the requirement that members must successfully complete an overview course in Canadian tax and law. The CGA-Canada course is now available online, allowing ACCA members to commence the application process to become members of CGA-Canada.

For members of ACCA, applying to become a CGA is quite simple. The Application Process, Application Form, and FAQs are available at How to become a member of the CGA Association Under the Mutual Recognition Agreement.

For CGA-Canada members to become members of ACCA go to CGA-Canada Mutual Recognition Agreement.

This is exclusive to CGAs and members of ACCA only. Register today if you haven't already registered on PD Net.
