CGAs need only take ICSA’s final four (4) examinations – Corporate Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice & Procedures, Corporate Administration, and Corporate Governance.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate a mastery of accounting, administration, law, finance, corporate secretaryship, management, and governance. The Institute maintains an international standard exemption policy and holders of recognized university degrees and/or certain professional accounting qualifications are entitled to apply for exemption from some of the required 16 examinations.
