General information
What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to the forgot password page. Enter the e-mail address you are registered with on PD Net and then answer the security question to complete the reset process. (Note that the default security question is "Which affiliate region am I associated with?" and the answer would be your province of registration.) The system will generate a new password and send it to you in an e-mail. Use this password to sign in and then go to "Personal Settings" to create your own memorable password.
How do I use the computer-generated password?
The system will generate a new password and send it to you in an e-mail. Sign in at https://www.cga-pdnet.org with your username and the new password.
If cut and paste doesn't work with the new password, type the password in manually, keeping in mind that it is case sensitive. Note that the field for entering the password is not limited to the size of the displayed field, but scrolls as you enter text into it.
Once you are signed in, go to the Personal Settings page and click on "Change your password" to change your password to something that is easier to remember.
You could experience problems signing in to the website due to the privacy selections you have made for your browser. This can often be resolved by unchecking the "remember me" check box before clicking on the "Sign In" button.
How do I authenticate as a CGA or student in the CGA program of professional studies?
If your member number contains 10 digits and begins with 2 zeros, you must omit the 2 zeros when entering the number into the CGA or Student ID field.
